Refund policy

For any order purchased from SECURE SHIELD authorized resellers(www.secureshield.co.za and Takealot / Mako / Amazon / Leroy Merlin), we have a 14-day return guarantee policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to work and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: only full priced items may be refunded, sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warrant:
Every product panel comes with a one year warranty, cabinet with a three warranty.Please contact us if there is any warranty eligible for your order. We will honor our product and fix with replace it without any hassle.

Refunds:
You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs. We will arrange the collection and shipping for you and once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.

If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return.
